The introduction of the O1 and O2 which will be the Intellectual Outputs of the project will be made at an international Symposium. It was decided to hold a Symposium as a multiplier event since the paper to be presented brought scientific innovation and addressed an original topic. 100 people will be invited to the International Symposium, which will be held with the participation of delegates from various countries for O1 & O2. Academicians, non-governmental organizations working in the field, the Ministry of Health, nursing home managers, health workers, art therapists and private nursing home managers, and local, regional, national authorities and policymakers will be invited to this Symposium. In addition, they will be informed about our project through the local and national press at the press conference. In addition, those who watch the live broadcast on Facebook and Twitter will be indirectly included in the project. Multiplier Events will consist of 3 stages.

These are; Pre-Symposium, Symposium and Post-Symposium phases.

PREPARATIONS BEFORE THE SYMPOSİUM:

A- Visual Preparations: (Logo design of the Symposium, poster design, announcements design and design of other printed materials, swallow flags with NA and Erasmus + logos, pennants with project partners’ logos)

B- Preparations for Place: The area where the Symposium will be held will be determined and the environmental possibilities of the venue will be determined. In addition, planning will be prepared regarding the transportation and accommodation needs of the participants. (such as access roads, means of transportation, security, internet infrastructure, and vehicle parking areas)

C- Technical Preparations: Determining the capacity of simultaneous systems according to the translation needs, determining the technical infrastructure that can be used in the space and preparing the list of technical materials to be provided from the outside. In addition, there will be a sound system, sound recording system, delegate microphone, wireless microphone, lapel microphone, lectern, table names, projection, screen, camera, simultaneous system, simultaneous cabinet, headset, interpreter, recording desk, laptop, printer. In addition, the photographer and cameraman will be arranged to document the Symposium.

D-Requirement source: Financial processes for the Symposium will be reviewed. All expenses for the Symposium. It will be covered by the Multiplier Events budget.

E-Registration and Approval Notification: Pre-notification is made to the participants of the Symposium. This pre-notification will include the services, transportation, Symposium agenda and monitoring they will receive before and during the Symposium.

F- Content Preparation: Speakers will be determined.

The presentation and speaking content of the speakers will be determined. The flow of the program will be made ready. After the organization is over, an evaluation form will be prepared in which we can collect positive and negative feedback from the participants.

DURING SYMPOSİUM

A- Registration Procedures: This includes the process of taking the registration of the attendees and giving them a valid badge. Participants will be given a barcode badge. In addition, there will be a welcome banner with the Erasmus + and project logo at the entrance of the Symposium center.

B-Organizing: Stage and hall layout, presenter speech, opening speech sessions, and management. Event program brochure, promotional materials, and design of the event to be given to the participants.

C-Live Broadcast: Live broadcast will be made from the partners’ social media accounts and a local channel in Nicosia.

D-The closing notice will be sent. The article will have scientific content within the scope of O1 and O2.

E- 10-minute podcasts will be prepared. The future podcast will use web tools such as SquadCast.fm and Zencastr.

In addition, these podcasts will enable the project to be popularized.

F-Symposium Closing: Giving certificates to participants and project partners.
